Refunds Policy

SHoo is happy to refund or exchange any unworn or undamaged merchandise purchased online within 14 days of you receiving your goods. Please return the items to us in their original shoe box and condition in which they were sent to you, along with the receipt. You will need to cover the cost of your return postage. We recommend returning your order via a trackable service, as SHoo cannot take responsibility for any lost or missing items being returned to us.

We may decline your refund if the goods are returned to us and appear to be worn, marked, or damaged and not in line with the condition in which they were sent.

You will be refunded via the same payment method used when placing your order.

If you wish to return items to us for an exchange, please contact one of the team at shoo.office@gmail.com. Once we receive your return, we’ll process the exchange, dispatch the new item immediately, and notify you of your new tracking details. If the item is not in stock, we’ll notify you via email. In the case of full-price items, we will process a refund back into your account. For sale items, we will issue a store credit if the requested size is unavailable. Please check the item is in stock on our website before sending your return, as we cannot guarantee we’ll be able to fulfil your exchange. If you don’t want to risk missing out, feel free to place a new order straight away, and send your original pair back to us for a full refund (on full-price items).

We endeavour to provide accurate images of products and colours on the SHoo website. However, please be aware that computer monitors may display colours differently. Therefore, we cannot guarantee complete accuracy of product images shown.
