Returns

At SHoo, we are happy to offer a refund or exchange for any unworn or undamaged merchandise purchased online within 14 days of receipt. Please ensure that the items are returned in their original shoe box and in the same condition as when they were sent to you, along with the receipt. The cost of return postage is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as SHoo cannot be held liable for any lost or missing items during the return process. Please note that this policy excludes sale items, which are not eligible for returns or refunds.

We may decline your refund if the goods are returned to us and appear to be worn, marked or damaged and not in line with the way in which they were sent.

You will be refunded via the same payment method in which your order was placed.

If you wish to return items to us for an exchange, please contact one of the team at shoo.office@gmail.com. Once we receive your return, we’ll process the exchange, dispatch the new item immediately and notify you of your new tracking details. If it’s not in stock, we’ll notify you via email and process a refund back into your account. Please check that the item is in stock on our website as we can’t promise we’ll be able to fulfill your exchange. If you don’t want to wait, please go ahead and order the item straight away to avoid the risk of missing out. You can then send your original pair back to us for a full refund.

We endeavor to provide accurate images of products and colours on the SHoo website. However, there are times when computer monitors vary and display colours differently from the original shade. Thus, we are unable to provide a full guarantee that the images are completely accurate.

All sale items are final sale and cannot be exchanged, credited or refunded unless the shoe is faulty.
